yomadic.tours as a Data Controller, in the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 that has entered into force on 25.05.2018 (GDPR), the national legislation (L. 4624/2019) and the relevant instructions of the Personal Data Protection Authority (PDPPA), as applicable, is committed to protecting the personal data of visitors to its website and users of its electronic services, which are processed by authorized persons of Yomadic.tours, for reasons arising from the relevant business relationships, legal obligations, or the legitimate interest of Yomadic.tours.

You are requested to provide us with as much information related to the service we provide to enable you to take advantage of the features of the site. Users who are unsure what information is required are welcome to contact us.
In addition, when you visit the Website, our servers automatically record the information sent by your browser. c) For organisational reasons (e.g. list of customers with departure and destination within the day, customers with special offers).

5. Children’s privacy
α) We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, do not submit personal information through our site or service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet use and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children to never provide Personal Information through our Site or Service without their permission. b) Indicated use of children’s images on a website and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube). Specifically: Images of children depicted on our Website depict children with dignity and respect, such as, but not limited to, covering their facial features with icons in order to avoid identifying the person. Permission is always sought from the children themselves before photographs are taken. Yomadic.tours obtains informed consent from the child, the child’s parent or guardian, before using, editing, sharing and publishing any photo or video of that child on the website and social media. Personal and other information that could be used to identify a child that could potentially put them at risk is not used in any form of communication.

6. Who are the recipients of personal data
We may share your personal data with service providers – external partners (called data processors) within or outside the Company in Greece or abroad, such as, but not limited to, digital services and technology (IT) providers, including cloud services, who have been instructed to process personal data on our behalf, for the Permitted Purposes, strictly and only in accordance with our instructions.
